On Thursday, May 5th, the Chenango Forks Varsity Baseball team played a game in honor of Andy. There was a pre-game ceremony and Mother, Karen and good friend, Mike Hartman threw out the ceremonial first pitch. Family and friends in attendance wore a #23 replica jersey to honor Andy.
Thanks to Coach Bender, Athletic Director, Dave Hogan and the entire varsity baseball team for honoring Andy this way!
Lawny's Legacy gifted each of the 2024 Varsity Baseball Players with a swag bag this year. Thanks to all who support the Foundation so we can provide the team with a few extras!
